bdjie Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bdjie and form a binding agreement between you and bdjie. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdjie ("bdjie", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the bdjie website available at bdjie.org and all associated services, features, content, games, betting markets, promotions and tools accessible through it (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — through a phone browser, tablet, computer, or any other device.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. To register and maintain an account on bdjie, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active. bdjie reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence upon request will result in account suspension pending verification.
bdjie is open to individual natural persons only. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, associations and other legal entities are not permitted to hold bdjie accounts. The Platform is intended for recreational use by eligible individuals, not for commercial exploitation by organisations.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time via KYC document submission.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or immediate family member of bdjie or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or payment partners.
3. Account Registration and Security
Account Registration
To use the Platform's real-money features, you must register a bdjie account by providing accurate, current and complete information including your mobile phone number, a secure password of your choosing, and confirmation of your age and acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bdjie at registration and throughout the life of your account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms.
Only one account per person is permitted. bdjie uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual (identified by shared device, mobile number, payment method, IP address or identity documents), bdjie reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and bets, and retain balances pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdjie will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You should notify bdjie support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
bdjie employs SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Sensitive account actions — including password changes, withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and new device logins — are protected by OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number. Despite these protections, you acknowledge that no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you accept the residual risks associated with online account use.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
Deposits
bdjie accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), and supported Bangladesh bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant deposit.
bdjie does not charge platform-level processing fees on deposits. Deposits are credited to your bdjie account balance upon confirmation of receipt of funds by the relevant payment provider. bdjie is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times, network outages, or maintenance periods on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time. All withdrawals require successful KYC identity and age verification before processing. Once approved, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. bdjie targets withdrawal processing within minutes of approval during normal operating hours, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or payment provider maintenance windows.
bdjie does not apply platform-level deductions to withdrawal amounts. The amount approved for withdrawal is the amount sent to your payment account, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold and any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds included in the withdrawal amount. Withdrawals that include bonus funds not yet meeting their wagering requirements will have the relevant bonus portion withheld until requirements are satisfied.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Winnings attributable to funds deposited via a payment method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen or otherwise improperly sourced will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
- bdjie reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days while verification is completed.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
bdjie offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is made available and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any inconsistency.
Unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise, all bonus funds — including welcome bonuses and reload bonuses — are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the win amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which any outstanding bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are transferred to the real-money wallet upon completion of the relevant wagering requirement.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per shared payment method (bKash number, Nagad number or bank account).
- bdjie reserves the right to cancel, modify or substitute any promotion at any time without notice if circumstances require it, including in response to suspected bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games, including specific live dealer tables, may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- Placing offsetting bets — for example, betting on both outcomes of a two-outcome event using bonus and real-money funds simultaneously — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
6. Gameplay, Betting Rules and Technical Integrity

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance. bdjie's decision on the voiding of bets in these circumstances is final.
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a game round or bet, bdjie will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the player's account to the state it was in immediately prior to the failure, based on server-side records. Where restoration is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account. bdjie's determination of the pre-failure account state using server-side records is final and binding.
7. Responsible Gaming Obligations
bdjie is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the outcome of all games and bets on the Platform is determined by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by any strategy, system or prior knowledge. You confirm that you are gambling for entertainment purposes with funds you can afford to lose, and that gambling does not represent your primary or a significant source of income.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bdjie Platform. bdjie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, void any bets or winnings, and retain any balance pending investigation where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. Serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities.
- Using automated scripts, bots, software agents or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to a standard human user.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, fix bets, or exploit any feature of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage over bdjie or other players.
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or other illegal activity. bdjie has AML obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Opening or operating more than one bdjie account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
- Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, mis-priced market, or platform malfunction to generate artificial profit. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjie's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bdjie in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdjie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, however caused and on any theory of liability.
bdjie makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages (including payment provider downtime and game studio server issues) and circumstances beyond bdjie's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. bdjie will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance through in-Platform notices where feasible, but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
10. Amendments to These Terms
bdjie reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdjie will notify active account holders by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should stop using the Platform immediately and contact bdjie support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any available balance. bdjie recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
